How to take Measurements

Measurement Instructions

1. Measure the lengths of each wall, even angled walls. If you have a bowed wall measure the space where the bow of the wall starts and ends.

2. Measure height of walls. If you have cathedral ceilings measure the shortest distance and the highest distance.

3. Measure Windows, length and width of window. Additionally, measure from the base of window to the floor and edge of windows to the walls on both sides.

4. If there are existing items that will be in the space measure length and width for pictures and furniture: length, width and dept. Hand drawn measurements are just fine! Just add the measurements to the questionaire when requested.
